JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT PSYCHOLOGIST
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: MA/M.Sc in Psychology (Child/Clinical/Industrial specialization) from reputed institutes.
JOB PURPOSE: To conduct activities on children in school, to communicate the same to the Management, teaching staff and parents.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSISTANT PSYCHOLOGIST:
- To conduct individual interventions as well as group activities on children aged 2.5-16yrs.
- Periodically inform the Parents, teachers and the Management about the progress of the child.
- To counsel teaching and non teaching staff as the need arises.
- To administrate and explain the psychometric reports to the teachers.
- Give seminars/ presentations to the Parents/School Management and the teachers.
- Any other activity as required by the role.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good communication skills in English and Local language.
- Ability to think innovatively.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Great confidence and convincing skills.
