ADMISSION NOTICE – 2015

The Director, Institute of Mental Health and Hospital, Agra invites applications for admission to following courses for session-2015-16.

1.    M.Phil Clinical Psychology, No. of Seats  - 10 Duration – Two years, Eligibility – Master’s Degree in Psychology from a University recognized by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra securing not less than 55% marks in the aggregate preferably with special paper in Clinical Psychology. For SC/ST/OBC category, minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is essential.

2.    M.Phil Psychiatric Social Work, No. of Seats – 10, Duration – Two years, Eligibility – Master’s Degree in Social Work from a University recognized by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra securing not less than 55% marks in aggregate. For SC/ST/OBC category, minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is essential.

3.    Post Basic Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing – No. of Seats – 20, Duration – One years, Eligbility – 1) GNM from an institution recognized by INC and/or State Medical Faculty, 2) Registered as nurse in INC and/or State Medical Faculty, 3) Minimum One year experience as Staff Nurse, 4) Preference shall be given to the candidates with B.Sc. Nursing.
