Job Description:  Responsible for the updated knowledge of available tools, questionnaires, inventories, response sheets and other materials to be used in any above mentioned tasks i.e. assessment, counseling, workshops, corporate training, etc. Doing “Psychometric Assessment” on the basis of various psychometric tools (available or procurable) Preparing the scripts, modules and power-point presentation (if required) for workshops/seminars/training sessions

M.A. Psychology or PG Diploma in Counseling Psychology or Psychological Counseling Necessary with RCI certification (Rehabilitation Council of India), hands-on acquaintance with psychometric tools, counseling techniques, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge.

Functional Role:  Soft Skills Trainer

Candidate Requirement
