Children First, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Institute, provides a range of services from clincial, early intervention  to school mental health, training and community outreach. We are looking for professionals in the area of child & adolescent mental health who are keen to join and contribute to building an institution which values excellence, ethics and effective outcome. The core competencies we are looking for are: ​ Motivation and enthusiasm to work with children and adolescents. Team player- Keenness to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team of child psychiatrists, child psychologists, special educators, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, play therapists. Fluent in English and Hindi. Ability to train and disseminate knowledge​ High professional ethics Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Keenness to learn and grow as a professional  Qualifications: Child Developmental Degree/Special education/ Psychology Desirable: Previous experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Training Desirable:Trained in specialised teaching/intervention programmes like  ABA, TEACCH, RDI etc

Expected Work Profile Interest and inclination to work with neurodevelopmental disorders especially Autism Spectrum Disorder with a focus on social and communication delays , play and cognitive skills. Openness to learn various techniques and get trained to work in a structured intervention process . individual work and small group work. Work towards a common child centred programme for each child  within a multidisciplinary team addressing the developmental milestones.
